System Support Technician

- Provide remote and onsite system support services for client base of managed service provider with more than 700 end points, dozens of networks & hundreds of employees.
- Troubleshoot, identify & repair issues related to servers, networks, workstations, mobile devices & printers -- both hardware and software applications.
- Configure & deploy new network and workstation solutions for office and mobile users including Windows operating systems and client specific Line-of-Business applications.

Information Services Manager

- Responsible for all technical operations of multi-family property management company with two corporate offices, nearly two hundred remote sites, and more than three hundred and fifty employees.
